The Herb Garden & Historical Plants Nursery ORDER FORM

Please print your order clearly. We advise using biro as ink runs, and orders are taken into the polytunnel for checking/packing where there is plenty of moisture. We regret that orders under the value of Ł10 cannot be accepted.
There are two ways of ordering. Send in you requests together with an S.A.E. and we will get back to you to tell you what sale plants are in stock at the time and the size/prices of each. You can the confirm what you want and send a cheque for the full amount.
Alternatively send in your order, with an open cheque which states "Not more than Ł..." being the maximum you wish to spend. We will then fill in the cheque depending what plants are available and the sizes and therefore prices of the plants at the time of the order by. If you wish confirmation of the order please send an S.A.E. (This also applies to all correspondence and enquiries.) The carriage charge information below is only a rough guide of what to allow and it will most likely vary from what is quoted. Please send cheque made payable to D. R. Tremaine-Stevenson.
Please state whether you wish for substitutes or not.
If there are periods of time that you cannot take deliveries please say so.
Please do not order annuals in winter unless you wish your order to be held over to the appropriate time. Most annuals are ready late spring to early summer.
Orders are sent out Monday and Tuesday to avoid delays in transit. On Bank Holidays orders will be sent out the following week. Orders are dealt with in strict rotation, please be patient at busy periods early Spring and Autumn, your order will be handled as soon as humanly possible.
Plant names listed are believed to be correct. However this cannot be completely guaranteed as plants sometimes originate via other plantspeople where differences may occur.
